The build-to-rent (BTR) scheme features 270 properties in two linked apartment blocks with gardens, car parking and ground-floor amenity space.
The building was designed by Sheppard Robson Architects and is the last remaining plot of land to be developed at Erie Basin.
Graham Construction is currently working on a £40m BTR project in Ellesmere Street, Castlefield, in collaboration with Glenbrook.

Gary Hughes, regional director of Graham Construction, said: “This is fantastic recognition for the work we are already doing with Glenbrook at the Ellesmere Street development.
“Despite some demanding ground conditions, we have been able to help Glenbrook to realise the Erie Basin project through an innovative foundation and concrete frame solution.
“The development is another step to meeting demand for quality living spaces in the Salford Quays area, creating communities and further benefiting the region’s economy.”
Graham Construction will move on to the Erie Basin site this month and expects to complete the project in summer 2019.
